Presentation Guidelines

Instructions for Oral Presentations

A computer and projector will be provided in each session room. Please load your presentation files before the session starts. If you need to use your own computer, please let us know beforehand.
Keynote presentations are scheduled for 30 minutes including Q&A.
Regular oral presentations are scheduled for 18 minutes including Q&A, except for Session I-1, where regular oral presentations are scheduled for 15 mins (Q&A included).

Instructions for Poster Presentations

The poster board size is 100 cm (width) x 200 cm (height); the recommended poster size is A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm).
Please put up your posters before the poster session starts. Tape will be provided onsite.
Please remove your posters after the poster session.
